To reserve your date and vehicle, a deposit is required at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable. By booking with Brainerd Party Bus, you agree that your deposit secures your date and prevents us from accepting other reservations for that time.
Deposits are non-refundable for any reason, including changes in group size, changes in plans, weather concerns, or event cancellations.
If full payment has been made and the trip is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled event, payments may be non-refundable due to lost booking opportunities.
No-shows are considered canceled reservations and are non-refundable.
If availability allows, we may offer a one-time reschedule of your booking if notice is given at least 30 days before the scheduled reservation date.
Deposits may be transferred to the new date at management discretion.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends entirely on vehicle availability.
Reductions in passenger count do not reduce the quoted price once booked, as the vehicle and date have already been reserved.
Exceeding the legal passenger limit is strictly prohibited.
In the rare event Brainerd Party Bus must cancel due to mechanical issues, unsafe weather conditions, driver illness, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive either:
A full refund of payments made, or
The option to transfer payments to another available date.
Customers are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the reservation period.
Excessive cleaning fees, smoking violations, vandalism, bodily fluids, or damage to the vehicle may result in additional charges billed to the booking customer.
Illegal drug use, underage drinking, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving in a dangerous, threatening, or unlawful manner.
Alcohol is permitted only for passengers who are 21 years of age or older in accordance with Minnesota law. Brainerd Party Bus reserves the right to request identification if necessary.
For the safety of all passengers:
Passengers must remain seated when required by the driver.
Standing through sunroofs, hanging out windows, or distracting the driver is prohibited.
The driver has final authority regarding passenger safety and vehicle operation.
Brainerd Party Bus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Pickup/drop-off information
Payment and billing details
Your information is used solely for:
Processing reservations and payments
Customer communication
Service updates and scheduling

Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers. Brainerd Party Bus does not store full credit card information on our servers.
By contacting or booking with us, you may receive communication regarding your reservation or occasional promotional offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Brainerd Party Bus is not responsible for:
Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle
Missed events, reservations, or appointments due to unforeseen delays
By placing a reservation and submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all policies, terms, and conditions listed above.
